I’m sorry that you’re having an issue with your Peacock account. I’ve signed in and out of both accounts (Xfinity & Peacock), I’ve tried it in different browsers and through the app, I’ve even tried to apply it to my different, old Peacock account and still get the same error message. I haven’t been able to use it since I transferred service over to my new address.

I have included screen shots to show you what I see when I log into my Xfinity account. Create your Peacock password and provide other account details. I am having this same issue this week. So the short answer is bypass Comcast and go straight to Peacock and explain what the issue is, they are a familiar with it. Same experience as the OP, they looked me up, confirmed my account and gave me code that is good for 2 years.

I have been having the same issues for over a month. All the screenshots I posted were logged in using the same email address, which is the email address that I use for xfinity Could you please try your other email addresses and see if you get directed to a log in/password page? A great way to tell if there is a subscription added, is that you would be directed to a log in page versus the “Choose a Subscription” page. Would you be able to try and another email addresses you may have access to? I certainly know the Peacock subscription is on everyone’s mind right now in order to get access to all the Paris 2024 Olympics content.
There are no security issues addressed in Google Play system updates (Project Mainline) this month. @user_8ausfg I’m having the same issues and no one seems to know how to fix it! @user_8ausfg the answer to the issue may be different for each customer. I have been having this problem forever and cannot get any resolution no matter how many customer service people at both xfinity/comcast and Peacock are involved.

Each time I try to “activate” service, I am told that I already have an active Peacock account (which is true). Though my interactions with Xfinity customer support are numerous, it appears that my customer service chats are only available with the “Xfinity Assistant” for a certain period of time. I established a Peacock account using a personal email address and the service worked as anticipated for approximately 1.5 years. With the screenshots provided, it appears that you are using an incorrect email address. I have added screenshots that not only prove that I have a subscription but also that both means of signing in won’t work. User_dw1aic are you able to let us know if you have Peacock included with your account with Xfinity Rewards or is it included in your plan because you have Gigabit internet service or higher? I’m having the same issues
I am signed into Peacock on my TV with the same email that I activated Peacock with. If you have Peacock Premium included you can activate it by following this article. How much is a discount worth if the service does not work when you would like to have it? I had this issue with getting Paramount Plus thru Xfinity. I was transferred to another department who handles “account issues,” and then transferred again to a third customer service representative. You can also reach out directly to their customer support and look up your account with your full name and payment information. Used as second email address that was linked to a long expired peacock account, this did not work.
